Müjdat AYAN

He was born in Çorlu in 1972. After primary and secondary education, he completed high school education at Çorlu High School, undergraduate education at Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business in the year 1993. He graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Open University Department of Foreign Trade in 2000.

During his university education, he performed Balance Sheet Analyses of various companies of which shares were processed on the İstanbul Stock Exchange. He completed his dissertation on “Personnel Assessment in Entities”.

He succeeded in the Examination of Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor by finalizing his one- year Internship of Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor after university education in 1993 and started professional practice with the title of Public Accountant in 1995. He had the right to get an Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor Licence by succeeding in the Examinations of Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor in 1998.

He went on Public Accountant services as cofounder under the title of AYAN Serbest Muhasebe Mali Müşavirlik Ltd. Şti. <AYAN Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor Co. Ltd.> by converting his firm under the title of “Ayan Muhasebe” <Ayan Accounting> which was active in the sector to Company within the frame of Institutionalization.

He was in charge of Supervisory Board President at the Chamber of Certified Public Accountants of Tekirdağ for 4 years (2 Terms). Apart from this, he took charge in lecturing at Chamber of Certified Public Accountants of Tekirdağ at the branch office of TESMER for 6 years. In this period when he was in charge of lecturer, he took education in the fields of Turkish Accounting Standards and Auditing, International Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting within the scope of Training for Trainers (Formatter Training).

He took charge in lecturing at the lessons of General Accounting between the years 1999 and 2008 at Trakya University (Namık Kemal University) Çerkezköy Vocational School of Higher Education Department of Secretary and Office Management. He wrote a book named “General Accounting” for university students during his lecturing period.

He is also the member of Association of Businessmen and Industrialists of Çorlu (ÇİSAD) since 2004. He was on duty of bookkeeping as Executive Board Member at the Association of Businessmen and Industrialists of Çorlu between 2006 and 2008. He was Vise President of ÇİSAD between 2014 and 2017. He is Chairman of Çorlu Industry and Businessmen Association since 2017

He has been providing services to the firms in the sectors of Chemistry and Fuel Oil, Machine, Associations, Foreign Trade, Textile, Service, Nourishment, Concrete, Constructing, Commercial Attaché’s Offices, Organized Industrial Zones, Free Industrial Zones.

Besides, he has been directing the Çorlu Yıldız Youth Sports Club.
